My Beloved Team
Had a team building weekend with the team from work. trip up to the hunter valley.. Partners were invited and luckily scott just happened to be here on a trip so he got to come along.
had a fantastic time..... it was my first trip to the Hunter... ended up buying 9 bottles of wine... mostly dessert wine.. somehow i just seem to have a weakness for it when i taste it, its just like lolly water.
we went to 4 wineries for tasting.. dan was well and truely hammered after the 3rd.
got back to the hotel at 5.30pm, and had to meet in the lobby at 7pm for dinner... well, scott and i fell asleep and slept right through the alarm, imagine our shock when we heard a knock on the door at 7.15pm.. eeek!
was fantastic to have a weekend away with the team and to introduce them all to scott. At least scott got to see a bit more of the beauty of australia, and now i think he is beginning to understand why it is a bit hard and sad for me to be leaving it. but then again, ill have him by my side so i know i can get through anything.
